Cancellation Policy

Trip is cancelled due to weather/safety concerns
– Full Refund or Credit for another trip (customer’s choice)

Customer has tickets but does not show up; boat is NOT full
– Full Refund or Credit for another trip (customer’s choice)

Customer gives at least 6 hours notice of cancellation
– Full Refund or Credit for another trip (customer’s choice). You can change or cancel your reservation yourself online as well as by calling us

Customer has tickets but does not show up; boat is FULL
– NO REFUND nor CREDIT  will be given unless the crew can re-sell the empty seats at the last minute.
